Laser ranging sensors will be more affordable. At the same time, it will be easier to solve technical problems when encountering them.3:In the use of radar sensors, heat dissipation problems still exist. Compared with radar sensors, it is easier to control the temperature of ranging sensors. The operating temperature of radars will also be limited.

The ranging distance can be changed. 20m is the distance proposed based on your situation.(less than 150m is available)
For now I would estimate that the temperature might be as high as60 Celsius degree. Shoud i be worried about this?
The operating temperature depends on the IP protective shell. With the addition of IP68 shell, the operating temperature can reach up to 70°C. For the data communication of this sensor, is there any allowable command to request data, or the microcontroller can only wait for the data from the sensor
